Welcome to TapMap ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, website, and AI coaching services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Physical Activity & Injury Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

TapMap is a visualization and educational tool for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is a full-contact combat sport that carries inherent risks of severe physical injury, disability, and death.

• Consult a Professional: You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
• Assumption of Risk: By using this Service, you acknowledge that practicing martial arts techniques involves significant physical risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any loss or damage to property owned by you, as a result of being engaged in such activities.
• No Liability: TapMap, its creators, and its AI-generated advice are not responsible for any injuries or damages you may sustain that result from your use of, or inability to use, the techniques or drills suggested by the Service. Always train under the supervision of a qualified instructor in a safe environment.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro Tier: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TapMap and its licensors.

6. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
